Senior Expert Contract / Commercial Manager (m/f/d)

Comprehensive commercial and contractual support of projects within the business unit, from the presales phase, through the supply and negotiation phase to the end of the contract phase Responsible management of projects and special commercial topics Responsibility for the implementation of supply and contract negotiations and possible subsequent change contracts with contracting authorities, procurement agencies and industrial contractors (national and international) Ensuring the existing business by strengthening customer relationship and consulting the specialist areas during customer visits First contact for the customer on commercial and contractual topics and participation at regular meetings with business partners Support for sales and project management to expand national and international new business Creating proposals and introducing measures to secure the planned project results and cash flow, incl. Risk management or Claim/Waiver Management Timely integration of the stakeholders involved in the supply and contract processes for the timely delivery of the offers and implementation of contract negotiations Commercial Sparring Partners to the Departments and Proactive Management of Commercial Topics responsible creation of the offer calculation as well as leading creation of the commercial offer part and coordination with all relevant disciplines in the house (project management, pricing, controlling, legal department, purchasing) Ensure and support the internal release processes by presenting the commercial contractual aspects of the offer or Contract (Calkulation, Cash Planning, Risks & Mitigations) in compliance with the rules Support in creating project reports

Completed studies (e.g. BWL, Economics or Economics) Multiannual, versatile professional experience as Contract/Commercial Manager (gn) or Contract/Project Purchaser (> 3 years) Extensive experience in finance and in the commercial execution of projects with a deep understanding of the interfaces between all financial sectors Experience in contract management and project management Good knowledge of project controlling and public price law desirable Industry knowledge Defence and/or aviation and/or IT area desired Experience in handling MS Office, C4C and ideally SAP and RIMIS Very good German and English knowledge of word and writing
