This is the job

Our app support team at the CoBE Health department at the Cologne site is looking forward to you as a student support (m/w/d) to answer customer requests at the 2nd level (outbound) around the Generali GesundheitsApp.

• You are a specialist in app support for our users of the Generali HealthApp
• You can handle the user's app-specific problems by phone or e-mail and also perform simple administrative processes
• You recognize and document repetitive error images and log them to the DevOps team
• You take suggestions for improvement of our users and prioritize them
• You answer app store reviews and help optimize app support

• You're an immatricated student (m/w/d) looking for a versatile and well-paid secondary activity
• You are ready to support us between 15 and 20 hours a week next to your studies
• You can work within our service hours from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. at various times you synchronize with your study plan, at home office or at Cologne location
• You are communicative, have a structured discussion and can also help users deescaling and objectively in stress situations
• You are independent, reliable and customer-oriented
• You have a good technical understanding and are safe in handling iOS and Android smartphones as well as handling PC
• You can easily convey your technical understanding to less experienced app users
