Digital marketing support in the care and development of our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X etc.) Creation and planning of target group content (texts, graphics, short videos) Participation in the success measurement and evaluation of campaigns (e.g. with Google Analytics or LinkedIn Insights)

Organization and preparation of trade fair and congress appearances Support in creating presentations, flyers and advertising materials Coordination with agencies, service providers and internal contact persons

Employer Branding Support for internal communication measures to strengthen our employer brand Developing and implementing creative ideas for employee acquisition and integration Search for trends in the field of employer branding and proposals for new measures

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) First experience in digital marketing, event management or employer branding Creativity and fun in communication, texts and visual design Safe handling of MS Office, ideally knowledge in Canva, Adobe or social media tools Independent, structured working and team spirit Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, good knowledge of English
