Your tasks:

• Acceptance of order requirements and execution of project-related Orders
• tracking and maintenance of order confirmations and Order of suppliers
• Checking of delivery dates appointment coordination with Disposition (advance, move or cancel)
• clarification of delivery problems with disposition or Suppliers and Escalation Delivery date Transfer of project plans to Suppliers
• Procurement of project material in coordination with Project design and project management
• clarification and synchronization in the system with deviating Incoming goods or Order data (order & delivery time)
• Operational settlement of complaints related to quantity & Date deviations and further loads (error and Committee reports)
• Cost and price responsibility for assigned individual Suppliers in project business
• Introduction of new parts to these suppliers First-care/Update of the master and contract data in the SAP system
• implementation of requests, comparisons of offers, negotiation and Creation of supplier-specific contracts such as Framework contracts, volume contracts
• Invoicing with different price understanding between Suppliers and companies
• Responsibility for prioritizing all projects
• participation in the weekly meetings and Shopfloor meetings for shopping

Your profile:

• Training as an industrial businessman or alternatively Office man/wife
• Have knowledge of purchasing or material disposition
• Comprehensive knowledge of German and English
• Have MS Office programs, especially Excel
• Basic knowledge of SAP and with ERP systems
