Pedagogical specialists as group leaders (m/f/d)

At the closest possible time, we are looking for motivated and qualified pedagogical professionals as OGS group management (27,5-30h hrs) with a heart for work and dealing with children for our open day schools in Cologne (OGS Heideschule, OGS Irisweg, OGS Langemas).

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for an OGS group in the morning and afternoon (in the tandem model with the faculty)
• Pre- and post-processing times as well as regular networking times with the OGS team and the OGS line
• Parent work
• Development and implementation of leisure, promotion and creative offerings suitable for age and needs
• Design of learning times and open lunch for children
• With design of adventure educational holiday games
• Implementation of the quality management requirements and the model of the institution

Your profile:

• Complete training for educators, nurses, nurses or similar qualifications for the Open Full Day
• We offer the possibility of continuing vocational training as an OGS specialist
• Experience in work with primary school children
• Joy in working with children and implementing child-friendly offers
• Child-applied and value-assurance handling as well as basic maintenance
• A high degree of reliability, flexibility and creativity
• Structured operation and a very good communication capability
• Interest in long-term cooperation
