As a social pedagogue in the field of labour market services, you play an important role in helping people. You essentially contribute to increasing the employability of participants and improving the social situation by using social and educational approaches. The participants in the project are longterm unemployed; in the case of special persons from groups of needs (including single persons), without employment. Your activity requires a deep understanding of the individual needs and challenges of the job seekers. Come to the team!

In your position, you will offer our participants individual assistance in case of problems by consulting and behavioral training. You bring them to the training and employment system and enable them to be integrated through individual social and network work. You develop funding plans, meet the participants' target agreements and are responsible for their monitoring and documentation of development processes. You work closely with institutions and public institutions to accompany and communicate our participants in company trials or in a working relationship. You are the first contact person for reference persons, teachers, and labour mediators.

Complete study of social education, social work or special education As an alternative, completed training for the state-recognized educatorin, educator’s youth/heimer education, healer-teacherin with relevant additional qualification and state-recognized workers Sensitivity and team capacity, pronounced communication skills and independent work Willingness and ability to partner, constructive parental work, joy in working with young people Compulsively required presentation of an extended guide certificate and existing vaccination protection against measles German language skills
