You are the central contact person:in and stakeholders:in the Bielefeld economy and have an open ear for the concerns of the companies. You actively participate in the development of new commercial areas and in land procurement decisions. You advise and accompany companies in the search for commercial properties and properties. You coordinate and accompany coordination processes with the administration, e.g. for the usability of land and for building permit processes. With a sense of entrepreneurship, you will advise companies on location-related issues and use them for targeted solutions. You strengthen the networking of WEGE to local politics, administration and real estate management. You work creatively on the implementation of a proactive economic promotion.

For these tasks, you will ideally qualify for a completed degree in the fields of urban planning, geography, regional management or the like. You have a high affinity on economic promotion, real estate and commercial space development. You have experiences in the areas of land development/marketing and strategic planning processes. You have knowledge of planning and construction law and have an understanding of technical processes and relationships. You are able to use your very good communicative skills and your negotiation skills in situ and empathically. You have analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking and experience in dealing with business and related economic issues. You are passionate about new topics, are ready to work on unknown terrain and to acquire skills in specific areas. You work as part of the team and at the same time bring a high self-responsibility.
