Head of Environmental Technology (m/f/d)

As Head of Environmental Technology (m/w/d) of our two locations Aretsried and Freising, you are primarily responsible for the company's own wastewater treatment plant in Aretsried and provide technical and disciplinary services to two employees. As a central contact person, you coordinate regulatory contacts and accompany approval and immission protection procedures. In your function as a water protection officer, you will accompany our locations in all water law issues. By predictive fault management, you ensure the functionality of the wastewater treatment plant and initiate appropriate countermeasures in case of malfunctions. The planning of technical optimizations as well as the control of external specialists and service providers are also part of your responsibility. Together with your team, ensure compliance with statutory environmental requirements and promote sustainable environmental measures.

You have successfully completed a study of environmental technology, environmental sciences or a comparable engineering science discipline. Your multi-year professional experience, ideally in the food industry, allows you to safely handle authorities and licensing procedures. You have knowledge of water protection, water protection law or emission protection and ideally have additional qualification as water protection officer (m/w/d). Ideally, you could already gain first leadership experience or want to go the next step into a guide role. Your communication-strong and secure appearance helps you to convincingly integrate internal contacts and external authorities. Thanks to your flexibility, business trips to Freising and occasional call readiness (about 1x a month) do not pose a problem for you.
