At the next time, we are looking for you as a (Junior) project realiser:in the repair of constructive engineering (w/m/d) for DB InfraGO AG at the Karlsruhe site. Your tasks:

As a project realiser:in you will ensure the quality, cost and timely implementation of repair measures in construction engineering, and you will be responsible for controlling and coordinating resources for the IH measures transferred to you You can successfully complete the repair measures by working closely with external service providers (planning offices and construction companies) As a contact person: for our internal clients, you tune the measures and monitor the targeted cash flow As a prudent and diplomatic contact:you can get permissions You will also take part in regular meetings with customers:in order to ensure the project objectives, and, if necessary, take the necessary counter-control measures to successfully complete your projects You will get the required offers for planning services, floor inspections, material analyses, construction design and construction monitoring and commission the relevant foreign companies and secure the project documentation and the transfer to the respective plant managers In addition, you will take part in all required local dates to determine the task, progress control and final acceptance

Your profile:

The basis of your success is a completed technical/university study as an engineer:in – preferably in civil engineering You convince with responsibility, communication skills, enforcement skills and a dedicated, reliable and independent way of working Through your methodological work and your structured storage, you always keep an overview of your actions In addition, you are familiar with the regulations of VOB and HOAI Your quick understanding and curiosity will help you to familiarise yourself with the internal processes and guarantee you a safe appearance and action You own the license class B
