Order valuation, cost-effectiveness calculations, costing and price evaluation in connection with procurement procedures in rail passenger transport design and development of transport contract elements and possible additions to economic topics (calculation schemes, cost parameters, revenue, billing, price advance); This also includes preparation and participation in negotiations Economic-related contract management (testing the authorization and adequacy of calculations and receivables) Assessment of economic issues in cooperation with transport companies or other stakeholders or other federal states Close coordination with the other departments of LNVG, in particular with the areas of transport (contractual settlement/controlling), supply planning and vehicle management Processing of questions, complaints and contractual adjustments on economic issues in ongoing procurement procedures within the framework of our cross-departmental tendering team

At best, they have a multiannual professional experience in the field of economic contract and contract management and ideally also have experiences with interfaces for procurement and contract law
