Production Employee Asphalt Mixing Plant (m/f/d)

You serve and monitor our asphalt mixing plant and ensure a smooth production process. You produce asphalt mix according to prescribed recipes and quality standards. You make sure that all orders are implemented on time and in the required quality. You recognize disturbances at an early stage and fix them autonomously or assist in their elimination. You serve the wheel loader to charge the system and assist in weighing the vehicles.

You have a training in craftsmanship or technical fields – e.g. as a process mechanic, industrial mechanic, locksmith, mechatronic, electronic (m/w/d) or comparable. You are also welcome to us as a motivated cross-advertiser (m/w/d) with technical understanding. IIdeally, you have already gained first experience as a machine or plant leader (m/w/d). You have knowledge in control and control technology, or you bring the willingness to work in this area. Team skills, willingness to deploy and responsible action are yours. You own a class B license.
