You control digital and AI development projects in close coordination with supervisors, departments and IT and translate complex technical requirements into clear technical concepts. You coordinate interdisciplinary teams from data science, IT and quality management and ensure a structured, efficient project progress. You ensure compliance with schedule, quality, budget and regulatory requirements and are responsible for the preparation of technical documentation for audits and approvals. You analyze risks and develop sound solutions, evaluate technical solution options and conduct economic analysis. You support strategic decisions by participating in the selection of suitable tools and external partners, and arranging technical options targeted.

Completed (master) degree in (economic) informatics, BWL or a comparable subject area At least three years of experience in the management of technical projects, ideally with AI reference Knowledge of (AI) technologies, software project control and agile methods Embossed communication and lateral leadership skills for controlling interdisciplinary teams German and English knowledge of at least non-negotiable (C1), at best at native level (C2)
