We are looking for a group leader (m/w/d) for the night shift (~01:00 to 09:00). Professional leadership of a team in the respective layer, incorporation and instruction new staff and the allocation of MA in the storage area; managing the daily business; carrying out coarse and fine sorting of consignments (max. 31.5 kg); implementing defined work instructions and settlement descriptions; organisation of scheduled sorting of shipments; avoidance of shipment losses and damages in the respectively allocated sub-area in consultation with the supervisor; control of unloading and loading operations in the handling area; implementation of deplomation and diplomacy; conduct statistics; Ensuring work safety and load securing
