Completion of the Nursing and Housing Quality Act (PfleWoqG) and the Regulations Monitoring of stationary equipment by recurring and registration-related tests Elimination of deficiencies by initiating administrative measures (release of orders, prosecution of offences) Advice and information to residents, their relatives and the staff of the institution and to the institutions Consultation in the establishment of an institution and in the implementation of the establishment
