Accente Gastronomie Service GmbH is a 100% subsidiary of Messe Frankfurt Venue GmbH for gastronomic services at trade fairs and events, also in the Festhalle. With about 300 employees and over 1,000 temporary employees, we are responsible for catering & hospitality, logistics and production of food. In addition, we operate the largest Frankfurter Wirtshaus Depot in Saxonyhausen in 1899, the optimal location for events up to 1,000 people. Projektmanager (m/w/d) At the fair at home. Controlling & Reporting: You continuously develop existing controlling processes and build a meaningful reporting system that enables sound decisions. Advice & Support: You are central contact persons at eye level for internal specialist areas in system-related user questions and for topics related to reporting and planning applications. Interface management: As a communication-strong interface between finance, administration and operating areas, you can support planning, analysis, forecasts and reporting across areas. Digitalization & Process Optimization: You bring your know-how into the introduction of new IT processes and software solutions, drive the digitization of relevant processes and ensure optimal integration into the existing system landscape. Responsibility & development: You work closely with auditors, corporate audits and management and take over the management of a small team as well as the representation of the Head of Finance department. SAP & System Responsibility: You accompany the introduction of SAP S/4HANA in the coming years (2027/28). You are responsible for financially relevant systems and applications.

Qualification: You have a degree with a focus on controlling, accounting, finance or a comparable qualification and bring at least three years of professional experience in the finance field. IT competence: You have a pronounced IT affinity and have already worked intensively with ERP systems – ideally SAP S/4HANA – as well as with Microsoft Office, especially Excel. First experiences in the performance optimization of databases are advantageous. Analytical thinking: numbers are your strength. You convince with a pronounced analytical thinking capacity as well as a service-performance and process-oriented operation. Communication strength: You communicate value-estimating and empathic, understand that different stakeholders are being brought together, and act sovereignly. Working methods: You work structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented and are characterized by a pronounced hand-on mentality. You have excellent knowledge of German and good English in word and writing.
