Maintenance Team Leader: Fitter, Mechanic, Medical Gases (m/w/d)

The Städtische Klinikum Karlsruhe is the largest hospital in the Middle Rhine region. It is shown as a house of maximum care for the region and a teaching hospital of the University of Freiburg. Day by day and around the clock, more than 4,500 qualified employees ensure patient care. For the Infrastructure Division, Technical Management Division, we are looking for a team management maintenance at the next possible time: Schlosser, Mechaniker, Med. Gase (without field service) in full time with 39 hours per week.

Leadership, motivation and coordination of a team of 12 employees distributed among the Lockers, Mechanics and Med. Gases Continuous development, training and promotion of the team as well as implementation of the necessary instructions Ensure constant equipment and equipment availability in the areas of locks, mechanics and medical gas supply Responsibility for the implementation and compliance of the technical maintenance concepts (annual plan maintenance) as well as all test requirements of the plants and equipment Responsibility for the control and coordination of order processing and maintenance documentation in the digital facility management system Cost, budget and implementation responsibility and compliance with the required timelines for the area Client with professional leadership responsibility for the employees of external service providers Contact person for internal and external specialist planners and suppliers Participation in technical readiness (a few weeks a year) Operational cooperation in all day-to-day business activities in the responsible service sector

A master or technician degree in the field of metal or mechanical engineering, mechatronics or comparable Multiannual professional and management experience in the field of maintenance, ideally in the hospital or facility management area Very good knowledge of relevant regulations and standards (e.g. operational safety regulation, VDE, TRBS) A strong target orientation as well as the ability to entrepreneurial thinking and action A high level of sense of responsibility, self-initiative and resilience A friendly, competent and safe occurrence Knowledge of how to use CAFM programs desirable Very good computer skills in MS Office A driving licence class B
