With Mercedes-Benz AG, the vehicle manufacturer is one of the largest providers of premium and luxury cars and vans. Purchasing and supplier quality are responsible for an annual purchase volume in the double-digit billion range and the quality of all vehicles. In partnership with around 1,500 suppliers in Germany and abroad, the necessary materials are provided for the worldwide production plants. In series management, we control the topics of purchasing and supplier quality from the strategy phase, the allocation and change management to the sampling process and the start-up of each series. We ensure the achievement of the cost targets, the successful implementation of innovations and the outstanding quality of our vehicles. These challenges come to you, among other things: Working in an interdisciplinary and international environment at the interface between development, quality planning, production work and project organization Coordination of diverse tasks with focus on supplier quality and component maturity Supporting the team in preparing and evaluating project topics for management dates Participation in cross-departmental workshops directly in the vehicle The activity can begin from December 2026.

Programme in the field of economic engineering, quality management or a comparable degree programme

Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing

Very good knowledge in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for creating presentations and evaluations

Self-safe occurrence and pronounced communication skills

Fast understanding and motivation to learn new topics and tasks

High self-initiative and good linguistic expressiveness
