Receptionist (m/f/d)

As a receptionist (m/w/d), the professional care of our hotel guests is at the heart of your activity – from the kind welcome at check-in to personal adoption at check-out. You are the first respondent at the reception and, thanks to your commitment and competence, contribute decisively to the satisfaction of our guests and to the smooth running in the daily business. In detail, you take over the following tasks: care of our guests throughout the stay, including efficient handling of check-in and check-out Examination, processing and maintenance of reservations and professional handling of options and overbooking Creation and control of invoices, management of costs and responsibility for cash management and accounting Organisation and implementation of administrative tasks in front and back office, e.g. the processing of non-arrivals or the written communication with guests Close and coordinated cooperation with other departments to ensure smooth operation and a consistently high service standard Support in our lounge/bar

Qualifications You already have experience in the hotel or reception area and convince by your service-oriented personality and real host qualities – Then fit us!
