Make your next career step at The Stepstone Group and take the definition and design of attractive and innovative event formats for our B2B target group. You work in the B2B Marketing department and will be responsible for the strategic development and operational implementation of our event formats to create sustainable customer experiences. With your commitment, you make a valuable contribution to redesigning the labour market of the future. Your tasks: You are responsible for the design, organisation, implementation and success measurement of various B2B event formats such as trade fairs, conferences, networking events and exclusive customer events In line with the corporate and event strategy, you develop the B2B event area You take tasks in budget planning and controlling for the area Together with our event service providers, you drive forward proactive research, selection and communication As a central contact person for internal departments such as sales, sales marketing, product and research, you’re voting for our event activities

You bring a successfully completed study with the focus on marketing / communication / events or a comparable training with You can already present 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in event management Ideally, you could already gain experience with different B2B event formats You draw your attention through a structured, independent and proactive way of working You communicate safely at all hierarchical levels; knowledge of German as well as good English are of course for you
