Leadership, motivation and development of employees in the evening shift Organization and control of the evening shift in bread, bakery and picking Quality control of all products Operational implementation and securing of QS requirements in the evening shift Clear decision-making competence according to quality standards Active interface between production, quality assurance and production management Construction, updating, maintenance, optimization and modernisation of existing workflows Co-responsibility for compliance with the valid work and process instructions in production and the active increase in employee responsibility Training and sensitivity of employees to quality, hygiene and sense of responsibility

You have completed training as a specialist in food technology(m/w/d) or similar Ideally, you have a master letter in the food industry, such as Industrial Master Food (m/w/d) Optional but not mandatory: completed studies e.g. food technology, food management Experience in a leadership function, e.g. as a shift manager or team leader Very high quality awareness and the courage to make clear decisions even under production pressure Your distinctive social competence, enforcement and self-initiative Structured, responsible and solution-oriented mode of operation
