Klinikum Freistadt Specialist in Internal Medicine (focus on cardiology) Employment dimension: full and/or parttime Duration: permanent place Classification: FA / FA+ We offer for this position a gross annual salary of at least EUR 147,400,- (basic FA/06 incl. 4 night services, 48 hours/week and supplements) on a full-time basis, depending on the pre-service periods, plus special class fees Date of entry: by agreement Information about the company The Klinikum Freistadt is located close to the Linz central area. Around 650 employees provide approximately 10,000 stationary and well 110,000 outpatient patients each year with a capacity of 165 beds. We secure both internalist acute medicine and stationary care in the region at two internalist stations. In addition to a general internalistic treatment, we provide care for our patients in the following special ambulances: gastroenterology and hepatology, nephrology with dialysis station, oncology in cooperation with the tumor center Upper Austria, as well as diabetes and rheumatology. In addition to standard endoscopy, ERCP and endosonographic ultrasound are part of our treatment spectrum. In 2026 the new Akutgeriatrie and Remobilization is completed. After the master plan has been implemented, we have an MRT, a new special class and a new intensive care unit as well as palliative beds.

You have a medical certificate for internal medicine. The registration in the list of doctors of the Austrian Medical Association is available. With your esteeming attitude, you contribute a substantial part to our operating climate and are ready to participate in our development and training-oriented team concept. You maintain an empirical approach to patients. You possess high social competence, commitment and joy in structured and process-oriented work. Foreign applicants must meet the specific requirements of the medical chamber.
