As a manager, you will lead a subgroup with 30 employees in a personal and professional manner. You coordinate the internal and external cleaning forces, including the creation of the monthly cleaning calendar and the cleaning protocols. Through the support of the framework agreements, you create lists of services for national and European tenders, evaluate offers, perform quality controls and monitor foreign firms (also occasionally on weekends). Check invoices and delivery notes carefully. You create reports on basic topics and take on special tasks.
