Contact for users in IT support (1st and 2nd level) Analysis, continuous documentation and sustainable recovery of hardware and software problems Qualification and forwarding of requests to downstream IT teams for efficient ticket processing Escalation and cooperation with external service providers Administration and support of IT infrastructure (Windows servers, Active Directory, networks) Planning, installation and maintenance of jobs (including IP telephone, mobile devices, printers and peripherals such as hand scanners and label printers) Training of employees and incorporation into existing and new software and operating systems Participation in IT projects such as rollouts, system upgrades and process optimization

Successfully completed training in the field of technical informatics for system integration or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in IT support, ideally in the 1st and 2nd levels as well as in the Servicedesk environment; ITIL certification desirable Safe handling of Windows operating systems as well as common hardware and software products (especially the Microsoft-365 environment) Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, WLAN and Active Directory flowing German and good English in word and writing Embossed communication and problem solving capabilities Service understanding, hand-on mentality and flexibility Self-employed, structured and analytical work in complex technical issues
