As Human Resources Manager Digitalization & AI (m/w/d), you play a key role in which you not only optimize existing processes, but fundamentally rethink the work of tomorrow. At the interface between human resources management and innovative technology development, drive the integration of AI-based solutions and make our company fit for the future of the world of work. THE ASSESSMENTS - This will make you do something You develop, evaluate and implement AI-based solutions for the HR department to automate and optimize processes. You are responsible for the introduction, development and support of our HCM software Personio as well as the creation of meaningful HR reports. You continuously develop the HR system landscape and digital workflows and optimise platforms such as convenience with regard to usability and information architecture. You develop training concepts and support our employees, executives and the HR team as contact persons for all digital HR topics. You actively observe HR-Tech and AI trends to derive innovative recommendations for action and new applications. You ensure a uniform digital HR landscape by managing interfaces to other systems and ensuring high data quality.

You have a completed (specialised) degree in Business Informatics, BWL or a comparable field. You bring several years of professional experience in the HR field with a focus on digitization projects and HR systems. You have extensive experience with HCM software, ideally personio, and ideally have knowledge of SAP HR. You show enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and bring first practical experience with AI tools in the HR context. You have pronounced analytical skills and a data-driven, solution-oriented way of working. You convince by high service orientation, communication strength and the ability to understand complex facts.
