For a logistics location in the region of northern Rhineland Pfalz we are looking for a commercial group leader (m/w/d) warehouse logistics Retoure. In this operational management function, you assume the technical and disciplinary responsibility for a firm team. In addition to the reliable management of day-to-day business, your focus is on making processes more transparent, building suitable key figures and creating resilient foundations for capacity and personnel decisions.

Professional and disciplinary leadership and further development of the return team Full responsibility for shift and holiday planning as well as ensuring a demand-oriented occupation Management of return processing from own sales channels, online business and trading partner business taking into account different presorting and processing requirements Definition of meaningful KPIs, determination of the required data and construction of a reliable KPI system, ideally within the first six months deriving concrete measures from key figures, backlog and capacity development, as well as creating resilient foundations for medium and long-term personnel planning Structured development of processes and standards through regular presence on the operational area Close coordination with the senior management as well as customer service, planning, warehouse control, shipping organisation and other operational logistics areas

Loadable professional experience in logistics, preferably in warehouse logistics, returns logistics or a comparable operating environment At least three years of experience in the professional and disciplinary leadership of teams with 5 to 25 employees Ready to work in a multi-layer day shift on five days a week completely on site Embossed presence on the operational area as well as enjoying a grounded and binding leadership Ability to define key figures, to determine the required data base and to derive concrete measures Secure handling of MS Office as well as practical Excel knowledge, at least for simple pivot evaluations Good process understanding and enforcement strength combined with empathy and ideally experience with return processes, KPI dashboards, capacity planning or SAP
