As a key account manager (m/w/d) in the provider management, you are the driving force for the further development of our provider management in the automotive damaged area. Together with us, you shape innovative processes, introduce new ideas and encourage efficient cooperation with our partner networks and service providers. Here we focus on digital solutions. Verti is on a growth course and is looking for backup as Key Account Manager (m/w/d) at Provider Management in Teltow near Berlin.

Strategic support and development of existing partner networks and providers in the automotive damaged area Control and processing of complaints and complaints to the service providers, e.g. workshop networks and specialist organisations Monitoring the contractual performance and quality management of individual service providers Identification of new market potentials and development of innovative concepts for damage control Monitoring and improving technical interfaces for smooth operations Contact care to our service providers, for example for clarification of emerging questions, as well as the request for evaluations Controlling and analysis of KPIs to ensure quality and efficiency Initiating and researching the continuous improvement and standardization of our processes and cooperation in digitization projects Contact person for employees from the department Damage about the subject of service providers
