Machine and plant operator for filling (f/m/x)

Responsibility for filling and packaging lines Implementation of format changes and test runs and ensuring a smooth production process Coordination and professional management of the production staff employed Ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene and production standards documentation of the work and production processes carried out and the collection and reporting of deviations Support in optimising production processes and eliminating disruptions

Education: You have a successfully completed vocational training for the machine and plant leader (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification. Alternatively, you bring several years of professional experience in the operation and management of machines and production facilities, for example as a machine operator (m/w/d). Experience and know-how: Ideally, you already have professional experience in the industry or in a comparable industrial or production environment. You have experience in repentance, start-up and monitoring of machines and production facilities and bring a good technical understanding. Personality: You like to work in the team and draw your attention through a high level of commitment, self-initiative and a strong sense of responsibility. You work reliably and independently and have a high quality and hygiene awareness. Flexibility: You are ready to work in two-shift operation (exchange layers) and occasionally at night and Saturday. We require good knowledge of German language and writing as well as a driving licence and your mobility.
