As Junior Produkt- & Projektmanager (m/w/d), you actively shape the further development of the Melitta brand, promote innovative marketing and growth strategies for the German market and take responsibility for exciting projects – with plenty of space for your own ideas and the opportunity to really move something. Consumer Trends & Insights: Through the systematic investigation of consumer trends and insights, you can identify potentials and develop action recommendations

Brand & Competition Monitoring: In monitoring the Melitta brand performance as well as the relevant competitive performance in the German market, you support all segments and guide action recommendations within the portfolio strategy.

Market research: You control the implementation of project-related and overarching market research

Project Management: You take over project management in growth and marketing projects for the core business Germany

Cooperations & 'Go-to-Market': You actively participate in the implementation of cooperations with brand and trading partners and assist in managing “go-to-market” processes and activation packages

Project budgets: You support the management and monitoring of project budgets

You have successfully completed your economic studies with a focus on marketing

You bring first professional experience, ideally in the product management or consumer marketing of a brand specialist, preferably in the FMCG sector

Basic project management skills and knowledge in English are self-evident

You convince us with your sense of market trends, consumer needs and competitive dynamics

In addition, you are team-ready, communication- and implementation-strong

Your strong analytical and conceptual skills, high understanding and readiness to learn and self-initiative complete your profile
