The LVR is responsible for the benefits of integration assistance for children and young people with (threatening) disability. As a team leader in LVR case management to promote participation in the governmental district of Cologne, you create a real social contribution in this area! Your core tasks include: Together with your team, you will advise parents of children with (threatening) disability on the topics of early promotion and support in day care. You are responsible for the development, review and control of processes and continuously develop them. In process-driven working groups, you participate in the ongoing implementation of the BTHG. You continuously expand their networking in the social area and regularly exchange partners with the acting actors on site.
