Our Large Enterprise Incindent Management Team supports the largest and most important customers of Vodafone. We are oriented towards standard solutions, but we rely on special requirements. What awaits you:

• As a service engineer (Expert) (m/w/d), you take full responsibility for one or more business services and ensure a smooth service.
• You analyze and evaluate national and international customer requirements from projects for readability, effort, feasibility.
• As part of the problem of management, you develop processes, standards and requirements for the continuous improvement of service management as a basis for new and modified services and for the sustainable protection of service availability.
• For details, see our tool landscape as well as customer monitoring and take the Second Level Support & configuration including external service providers and third parties involved.
• In the context of projects (rollout, upgrade, etc.) with respect to the product groups in the scope, you represent the operational requirements for service quality.
• You define and follow Service Level Agreements and Service KPIs for the relevant services and are actively reliant on deviations of target values and quality limitations.

What distinguishes you:

• A completed technical study in the fields of news technology, electronics or computer science or a comparable completed vocational training
• At least 4 years of professional experience
• Detectable knowledge of project management and presentation techniques
• The ability to make effective decisions supports you with your self-confident, persuasive and reputable appearance towards customers: inside and inside our internal interfaces (sales, engineering, implementation)
• Good knowledge of network, transmission and signaling protocols in the field of telecommunications (mobile radio and fixed network) and ideally a certification as CCNA/CCNP (routing & switching, voice, collaboration)
• A high degree of flexibility as well as a good abstraction capability are both good conceptual and analytical thinking and working
• willingness to take on call

This body can be exercised in fulltime or full-time part-time (min. 30 hours).
