You shall conduct and coordinate the secretariat on a professional basis You take over general secretarial tasks such as correspondence, telephone and post-in and exit You communicate professionally with clinics, cost centers, doctors, patients and relatives You effectively support the commercial management in business management tasks You plan and prepare dates and meetings independently

You have a completed commercial training, e.g. office management (m/w/d), office business (m/w/d) ideally you have good English skills in word and writing You work structured, solution-oriented and do not hesitate to take responsibility as a team player, you can compete communicatively, sovereignly and convincingly Loadability and flexibility
