Welcome to Allianz You are part of a team of about 15 employees in the “Company Life” department, who take care of all questions about life insurance for corporate customers. Thanks to the technical equipment we provide you, you can easily start not only in the office, but also in the home office.

This is what awaits you as a specialist in occupational retirement (m/w/d) First contact for corporate customers and intermediaries: You are the first point of contact for our corporate customers and their intermediaries, and you work extensively on the concerns that arise during the contract term. Customer service and cooperation: For optimal customer service and high customer satisfaction in close cooperation with sales partners and colleagues Expertise in processes: You are well aware of the application, inventory and performance processes of your department and take care of all the tasks that arise in this context. Advice and support: You advise insurers and support sales partners, always with a view to tax and legal framework.

Projektmanager (m/w/d) Expertise: You have completed a training as a merchant/wife for insurance and finances a comparable commercial training (e.g. office communication) or a study successfully and has already gained first professional experience. Ideally, you know yourself particularly well in the insurance sector. Otherwise, we will make you fit for your tasks with our thorough incorporation. Motivation: It is fun to learn new things, and to offer your customers the best possible service. You work structured and do not lose sight of your goal. With your initiative and your external view, you bring fresh wind to our team. Communication talent: You are open and sensitive in handling customers, colleagues and sales partners. Even in challenging situations, you can make the right sound.
