You take over the technical and disciplinary management of the Facility Management (FM) department at our modern corporate headquarters. This includes the takeover of operator responsibility at the site, the securing of the building operation and the control and control of the integrated facility management and catering service providers. You advise the internal stakeholders on user-related structural measures, coordinate the area and moving management and interface to Corporate Real Estate Management (for voting, reports, budget planning, etc.).
