Inbound communication with customers and sales partners Telephonic clarification, recording and final processing of transactions (form of contract, changes of contract, payment methods) Treatment of complaints Use of internal systems (host systems and CRM) for process documentation Close coordination with internal departments in special cases Active introduction of suggestions for improvement in daily customer communication

Completed commercial training, ideally as a merchant for insurance and finance (w/m/d) Experience in telephone customer service, ideally in the insurance environment Embossed service orientation and communication strength Empathy, conflict resolution competence and reliability High loadability and concentration capability, even at high frequency Ability to explain complex facts in a comprehensible way Safe in handling MS Office and CRM systems Affinity for digital processes and hybrid work models
