Responsibility for defining, implementing and monitoring the company-wide target cost strategy. Ensuring early integration of target costs in supply and project phases to increase cost efficiency. Identification and analysis of cost drivers and derivation of targeted measures for cost optimization. Control and further development of methods for target costing along the entire EP(I)C value chain. Implementation and control of a uniform target costing framework in all relevant business areas. aggregation and reporting of target costs, deviations and optimization potentials to management. Early escalation of target cost deviations and definition of countermeasures for risk mitigation. Promoting the know-how transfer in the field of target costing for sustainable anchoring in the organization.

We have successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, controlling, mechanical engineering or comparable qualification. They have many years of experience in cost management, value engineering, costing or related areas, of which several years in senior function. You have experiences in implementing target costing principles in complex development and production environments. A strong ability to develop and implement governance structures for sustainable cost management is required. You already have experiences with modern costing, analysis and Roporting tools for controlling target cost processes. Ideally, you have a solution-oriented approach with a high own initiative to optimize target cost strategies. They convince your environment through strategic and analytical thinking with a focus on long-term cost efficiency and competitiveness.
