You take responsibility for the planning, budgeting and reporting process as a business partner of the central group functions, such as HR, IT, etc. They work closely with the management, the private equity owner and the adjacent departments, in particular with the controlling partners (m/w/d) of the business units and group function management. They support and advise Group Functions leaderships on any financial and commercial issues as a central Sparrings partner. The commenting of the results and operators, as well as the derivation of the Group Functions forecast, including deviation analysis within the scope of the Management Reporting, is also one of your tasks. They contribute to the further development and continuous improvement of the planning, budgeting and reporting process in close cooperation with the controlling partners and departments of the business units. They perform special analyses and create presentations and reports. The identification of efficiency potentials as well as further development of existing and designing new controlling processes is within your task.

You have a degree in economics with a focus on controlling / accounting / finance or comparable. Due to your at least five years of professional experience in controlling or management consulting, you have a sound knowledge of budgeting and financial planning. Experience as a business partner (m/w/d) is desirable. Funded knowledge in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint), Financial Modeling, SAP-R3, Power-BI and Tagtics skills desirable. They have good knowledge of German and English.
