What we plan together: As a working student:in the Organization & Culture Team in the HR department for REWE Digital GmbH at the Cologne site, you have the ideal opportunity to supplement your theoretical knowledge with valuable practical knowledge of the everyday working environment. The work student activity covers up to 20 hours a week during the semester and in the lecture-free period up to 38.5 hours a week. What you do with us: You are present: You prepare presentations on HR-relevant topics according to target groups. You take responsibility: You contribute to the seminar management for REWE digital as well as to the preparation of teambuildings and workshops. You include: You support and design HR-relevant topics for our internal communication channels (including Intranet, Confluence, Newsletter). You keep your colleague free: you support the documentation of internal HR processes and the preparation and preparation of internal appointments (e.g. team workshops). Your expertise is available: You assist in HR projects and take over administrative tasks (e.g. preparation of protocols, pre- and post-processing).
