Your duties

You collect standardized and process-related customer data in a of the abovementioned production areas, such as:

• New installation and changes of customer data (e.g. address, Name changes)
• New openings, changes and closures of banking products (e.g. cards, accounts, savings contracts, depots, financing)
• Control of previously collected customer data from all areas (4-eye principle)
• Partner data inventory cleaning between Deutsche Bank customers and Postbank
• Complaint management and everything about taxes

Our requirements

• A completed commercial vocational training
• Funded EDV knowledge
• Team skills
