You are the first point of contact: You take on first-level support activities and support our employees in technical questions and problems. Technology at a glance: You enter the hardware and software used at the site and ensure smooth operation. All under control: You take care of the user and authorization management and make sure the right accesses are available. You are going to make mistakes: you carry out fault analyses and tests in our SAP warehouse management system and help you find solutions. You actively work on defined IT projects and introduce your ideas and know-how.

You have the right basis: you have a completed vocational training in the IT or commercial sector or a comparable qualification. You know: Good knowledge of SAP, Windows and Google apps are your profile. Programming is your thing: you have good knowledge in the programming languages Visual Basic, Python, PHP and Java. You can rely on yourself: you work independently and reliably, are team-ready and convince by your loyal and responsible way. Flexibility is part of this: you are ready to work in shiftwork and on weekends and holidays and to take over the call readiness service.
