After customised on site, in the center and one of our training center you are the face of our branch: You assume the overall responsibility for the workshop and the sale and, through a motivating leadership style, ensure the achievement of your corporate goals Relevant key figures help you control the operation Through leadership, further development and motivation you set your perfect team together To implement the strategic goals, you will have a look at your branch's staff inventory and take new settings By observing and analyzing market, competition and customers, you can build your customer base You create an environment through strategic preparation, individual consulting and value-adding discussion, which delights our customers every day.

(m/w/d), technician (m/w/d), farmer (m/w/d) or comparable qualification Industry knowledge and leadership experience are desirable Basic business understanding and entrepreneurial thinking and acting Impressed customer and service orientation as well as problem-solving and enforcement Secure computer skills driving licence class B
