Location: Soest, hybrid Professional and disciplinary leadership as well as further development of the Cisco team including coaching, enablement and strategic orientation General responsibility for the development and development of the Cisco portfolio, development and implementation of sustainable growth and manufacturer strategies Managing Partnership with Cisco Systems including Business Planning, Manufacturer Management, Go-to-Market Initiatives and Executive Stakeholder Management Responsibility for portfolio, lifecycle and performance management including revenue, margin and KPI control as well as identifying new business potentials Close cooperation with sales, technology, management and Cisco to strategically position the manufacturer and further develop the solution and service portfolio Active support of the team in strategic customer projects, business development and further development of the Cisco business

Successfully completed studies or comparable technical or commercial qualification Multiannual experience in product management, business development or strategic sales in the IT or manufacturer environment, ideally with first leadership experience Found knowledge of network and cybersecurity solutions and ideally deep Cisco know-how and experience in the management of strategic manufacturer partnerships Experience in the development of portfolio and go-to-market strategies as well as in the management of complex business and growth issues Outstanding leadership competence, entrepreneurial thinking and sovereign appearance at management level
