The Senior Consultant (m/w/d) 14 TVöD (5.298,27€ - 7.551,78€/mtl.) / grade A 14 LBesG | unlimited | Full time 39 / 40 hours per week The body is currently reassessed in terms of tariff law and civil law. Total responsibility for central services including: Law Office, General Administration (incl. body service), City Archive, Elections, Central Services (post office, printing), Central Publication and Geoinformation Management of the City Board and the Elder Council Professional and disciplinary leadership of central organizational units (e.g. equality, office of the Mayor, complaint management, press office) Close and trusting cooperation with the Mayor – as a strategic support and impulse provider*in Control and further development of central cross-sectional and governance issues in general administration Establishment and maintenance of partnership, solution-oriented cooperation with all disciplines and political bodies Initiation and implementation of modernisation, digitization and organisational development projects Ensuring efficient, secure and service-oriented management processes

We do not seek a classic career – but a personality with leadership and willingness to design. Successfully completed university studies (Master/Diplom), e.g. in administrative, legal, business, public management or comparable or a comparable qualification with a single professional and managerial experience; or Qualification for the 4th entry office of the runway Administration and Finance Multiannual experience in a management or management function, ideally in the public sector or in complex organisations Impressed strategic thinking, strength and orientation Sovereignty in dealing with different interests from politics, administration and the public High communication skills, negotiation skills and inclusive leadership Understanding legal and organisational frameworks – without losing sight of practical solutions
