Nurse - Springerpool (m/f/d)

We are looking for our Interne Springerpool im Klinikum Links der Weser.

We work flexibly at the Springerpool at all stations of the clinic and work in early, late and/or night services or with individual working hours according to a jointly coordinated schedule. The service life in the individual areas is very individual and can vary between one day and a few weeks. The systematic incorporation takes place at the various stations. We want maximum freedom: You write your schedule yourself!

Your tasks:

• You are a care professional and you know what you do: you provide our patients with empathy and professional
• you also support the station teams in the development, creation and implementation of treatment plans and have the opportunity to actively contribute to the work organization, e.g. through independent service planning

Your profile:

• you are trained nursing staff or Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• you work independently and structured and are physically resilient
• we rely on your reliability and flexibility, you have organizational talent, team spirit and empathy

• a varied working day with 38.5 hours/week or in an individual part-time model, unlimited work contract, up to 39 days holiday/year
