Management Consultant / Consultant Business Administration (m/f/d)

You analyze the economic situation of our customers using key figures, BWA, cost structures and planning, and develop concrete recommendations for action and basis for decision-making. You advise entrepreneurs and executives on business issues and help them make sound business decisions. You conduct and moderate customer discussions, workshops and presentations – digitally and locally. You build long-term customer relationships and accompany your customers in implementing jointly developed solutions. You recognize additional consulting needs and develop further consulting approaches together with the customer.

You don't have to have seen everything. It is crucial for us that you are economically strong, want to work with people and take responsibility. You bring well-founded business know-how and multi-year relevant professional experience – ideally from corporate consulting, controlling, finance, corporate management or a comparable commercial function. You have a strong understanding of economic relationships, you think entrepreneurial and you can understand complex economic situations and develop them in pragmatic solutions. You convince by a sovereign appearance, build trusting and long-term customer relationships and understand the added value of your advice. You bring travel readiness, because personal advice and the proximity to our customers are part of it for us.
