As a production employee (m/w/d), you work in an exciting environment where modern and traditional machines are used. You will become an important part of a dedicated team that always attaches value to the highest quality. Your task is to independently operate and monitor machines and systems and to actively contribute to the optimization of production processes. Your expertise as a machine and plant leader is particularly appreciated. Since different materials are used here, work is physically demanding, but never boring!

• Operation and monitoring of modern and traditional production machines and equipment
• Control of the quality of manufactured goods
• Active cooperation in improving production processes
• Ensure a smooth process in production
• Maintenance and small repairs on machines

We are looking for

For the position as a production employee (m/w/d), you should bring a hands-on mentality. Here is packed and optimized! But don't worry, you're not alone – an experienced team supports you. The following conditions are important for this job:

• Complete training or experience as machine and plant guide
• At least 3-5 years of professional experience in production
• Physical fitness and no dust allergy, as working with various materials
• Affinity for technology and the willingness to work in traditional and modern machines
• Team spirit and a structured way of working
