Business analysis: Analysis in the field of actuarial provisions related to IFRS 17 Solution design: Development and maintenance of solutions with confi­cation or low-code tools (Algorithmen, Data Processing, Reporting, Workflows), fulfilling the IFRS-17 requirements and resolution of the SAP IA Product development: Product Owner support in the development and communication of product vision and roadmap Collaboration: Cooperation with the agile Scrum team and external partners: within a successful project implementation Market analysis: implementation of market and competition analyses to identify trends and best practices Reporting: preparation of reports and presentations for stakeholders at global level Meetings: Support for the planning, implementation and follow-up of meetings (team and programme level)

Completed study of mathematics, quantitative economics, computer science or a comparable subject Information and communication technologies Professional experience as Business Analyst:in, Insurance Financial Analyst:in, Aktuar:in or in comparable functions Data affinity: High affinity for data banks and data processing, experience with SQL Rapid conception, analytical thinking and proven skills in problem dismantling and solving Communication strength, safe occurrence and self-sponsored action and work Agile methods: experience with agile methods (Scrum, SAFe) Language knowledge: Very good English knowledge in word and writing (at least C1 level) No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
