You are a reliable contact person for the concerns of the customers as well as the relatives and advises on offers and support opportunities in various situations of life. You help reach the occupancy targets and support new customers in integration into the group. You support the organisation of cross-residential offers and events that promote the quality of life and participation. You work with service providers and partners in the quarters to organize services (case management) and to promote networking with the community if necessary. You're taking care of health promotion.
