Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Takeover of the holistic product management of our own brands via entire product life cycle – from the idea about development, introduction and Further development to listing Further development of the brand portfolio in wholesale / food service in close Cooperation with Category Management, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing and Quality assurance Responsibility for product-related marketing and communication of our Own brands, including annual planning, market launches, trade fairs, sales documents and sales support measures Control of product, packaging and quality requirements taking into account food law, regulatory requirements, in particular in the context of Packaging / PPWR Analysis of market, sales and earnings indicators, creation of KPI-based Potential assessments and derivation of concrete recommendations for portfolio, marketing and further development Active participation in process optimization and digital projects

Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Management, Food Management, Ecotrophology or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in product management or private label, ideally in Food, wholesale or food service environment experience in controlling product life cycles, marketing measures and cross-departmental projects Good understanding of products, brand management, target groups, key figures and sales-oriented communication in the B2B environment Safe handling of food requirements, packaging topics and Quality standards in cooperation with the respective departments Representative responsibility, structured working, communication strength and Implementation orientation Very good German knowledge and good English knowledge in word and writing Safe handling of MS Office
