Own and on-time execution of the pay bill with DATEV / LODAS Considering all relevant tax and social insurance requirements Contact person for employees and for external bodies such as authorities, health insurance and social security institutions Cooperation in optimizing and developing administrative payroll processes Ensuring the timely notifications to social security institutions Maintenance of accounting-relevant data as well as preparation of evaluations and reports Active cooperation in projects related to pay topics

Completed commercial training, ideally with further training to the personnel specialist businesswoman or to the personnel specialist businessman, paybook holder or paybook holder (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) Multiannual professional experience in payment accounting Knowledge of the right to pay tax and social security Safe handling of DATEV/LODAS as well as good MS Office skills (especially Excel) Analytical thinking, structured and conscientious working High service orientation, team skills and discretion Good communication skills with very good German skills (level C1 or higher)
