We are a youth aid measure for socially disadvantaged or psychosocially burdened children and young people who find a protected, stimulating and promoting place. With a differentiated, holistic concept, a multi-professional team supports the children and young people in their self-reality, their self-esteem development and their development tasks and special problems. For the Ballin Meerzeit-Haus in Wyk we are looking for pedagogical professionals in full time and part time at the next time. As an educational specialist, you are an important reference person for children and young people during their stay with us. Together with your colleagues, you create a reliable and promoting everyday life, give orientation and create opportunities for positive experiences. In doing so, you work in a practical and action-oriented manner and actively introduce your educational ideas into the group everyday. The focus is on the immediate work with children and young people: shaping relationships, accompanying developments, enabling community and creating a daily life in which young people can discover and test their skills.
